MRS VICTORIA OLUBUKOLA BAMISAYE - Mphil, PhD, DFCICN, DFAEVP Victoria Olubukola Bamisaye is presently the Secretary General to the Governing Council of Across Global Institute of Foreign Languages (AGIFL). She's equally the Registrar and Director of Foreign Languages at Tabitha College of Foreign Languages and Creative Arts. Victoria is a Doctor of Philosophy in French as a Foreign Language from AZTECA University Mexico (in view) and also holds PhD in HR Honoris Causa from ESCAE university. She holds MPhil in the Teaching of French as a foreign language from University of Lagos, Nigeria. Victoria earlier obtained a NCE in French/English from Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo and bagged her B.A (Hons) in French from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. Mrs Bamisaye had taught in many schools and colleges including mission, private and Lagos State Ministry of Education; spent time in the aviation; publishing industry and companies. She is a member of several professional bodies: Franco-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce & Industry; Alliance Française France; Fellow, Association for Entrepreneur and Vocational Studies Professionals of Nigeria; Nigerian Institute of Translation and Interpretation (NITI), Doctoral fellow AGIFL to mention a few. A prolific writer who has to her credit, over ten French books in her area of specialization - French grammar; Victoria is the author of “FRENCH WITHOUT TEARS,” a (best-selling) book approved by the Ministry of Education Lagos State, for schools. She is happily married and blessed with children.
